Following the launch of our brand-new website and the rebrand of our award-winning software, SilverBlaze is happy to announce a successful show at this year’s CS Week with product demos in high demand.
The event was held at the Tampa Convention Centre in Florida on April 30 to May 4.
Energy was running high as conference participants visited our booth for SilverBlaze demos during the show. Our team was excited to showcase our SilverBlaze Customer Portal and SilverBlaze Smart Forms software to current and potential customers, as well as strategic partners.
CS Week attendees were eager to hear about how the two products can provide utility professionals with the tools needed to enhance customer engagement through a self-service web portal. This allows utility providers to connect with customers on any device, at any time.
For attendees who wanted to dive deeper, the personalized demo took them through the add-on modules, such as Smart Meter, Commercial and Industrial Demand Management, Outage Integration, Telecom, and Content Management Systems, along with new features introduced for the first time at the show!

With many families still struggling to get their feet back on the ground after the devastating Hurricane Irma last year, we were also happy to announce the donation of a brand-new TV during the show to a family in Florida.
CS week – the premier customer service and educational conference for electric, gas, water and cable utility professionals in Northern America, and around the world – also hosted team dinners and networking events.
It was the perfect opportunity to build new relationships with prospective clients and to meet up with current strategic partners in a face-to-face setting. Team members of SilverBlaze even had their caricatures drawn up during the show.
