The new app compliments the City’s suite of customer engagement tools to support their customers in viewing bills, making payments, and managing accounts. KMpay is available for download now on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
The utilities team at Kings Mountain faces a unique challenge of balancing service delivery of electric, water, sewer, and natural gas to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. KMPay allows Kings Mountain’s diverse range of customers to submit payments, access billing information, and manage their utility accounts more conveniently. The mobile app connects directly with existing utility systems like CIS, portal, and payment platforms, so customers can feel confident that their information is accurate and secure.
