For the women leading Provo 311’s Customer Service Department, business transformation means bringing operations and customer-facing departments together. At the head of the Customer Service department sits Amanda Ercanbrack, Director of Customer Services, Britny Densley, Call Centre Manager, and Annalee Larsen, Billing Manager. Their department is key to the City of Provo’s “OneProvo” initiative, as they serve as the main point of contact for residents. By managing essential interactions efficiently, Provo 311 Customer Service supports various departments, streamlines processes, boosting the overall efficiency of city operations and providing exceptional care to their community.
The silverblaze team sat down with Amanda, Britny, and Annalee to speak about their work at City of Provo, and what a Women Who SPARK nomination means to them.
