Richmond Hill, ON – Silverblaze Solutions extends an enthusiastic congratulations to partners at Provo City’s Customer Service Department for receiving the 2025 Women Who SPARK Team Award, presented by Utility2030!
Utility2030 is an organization that brings together utility professionals driving transformation at the intersection of customers, employees, and operations. Last year, Silverblaze nominated the leaders at Provo City’s Customer Service Department for Utility2030’s Women Who SPARK award. The nominees included Amanda Ercanbrack, Director of Customer Services, Britny Densley, Call Centre Manager, and Annalee Larsen, Billing Manager. This year, Silverblaze are proud to see Amanda, Britny, and Annalee receive recognition from their peers for the inspiring, transformative work that they have achieved.
The 2025 Women Who SPARK Awards theme is “Rethinking Priorities: Bold Utility Leadership.” Amanda, Annalee, and Britny certainly exemplify the essence of the team award as women who work together to innovate and transform their utility operations. Their bold leadership that promotes curiosity, continuous improvement, and collaboration has been the driving force that has led them to successfully transform their operations to deliver exceptional utility service.
“Our partnership with Silverblaze is essential for gaining and maintaining customer trust,” said Amanada, “We’ve been able to create a system that is transparent, reliable, and easy to navigate. It has empowered Customer Service Representatives to respond faster and more accurately, while giving citizens the ability to see their own data and understand what is happening in real time.”
“It’s been an honour to be part of Provo’s journey to growing their excellent customer support services,” said Greg McCarthy, Director of Sales & Marketing at Silverblaze, “We have seen firsthand how hard they’ve worked, and no team is more deserving to win this award.”
