SilverBlaze is excited to announce that we will be attending the world-renowned utility industry event CS Week 2021 this summer. Set to be held at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Florida from August 16-19, CS Week is the premier annual educational and customer service conference serving electric, gas and water/wastewater utility professionals across North America and around the world.
SilverBlaze will be part of the Harris Utilities booth 501, a global software provider that broadened its utilities portfolio in 2020 by acquiring SilverBlaze.

We will be hosting live demos of our award-winning SilverBlaze Customer Portal for Utilities, where you can find out exactly how our innovative platform allows customers to manage their entire utility account – from managing their utility consumption, viewing important information, making payments and so much more!
In addition to our live demos, one of our clients will also be present at CS Week and at our booth where they will speak more elaborately about their experience of using the SilverBlaze Customer Portal for Utilities platform.

SilverBlaze will also be holding a workshop session in a 50 to 100-person room, where we will have three speakers taking the stage on behalf of the SilverBlaze team.
Dan Mair, Vice President at SilverBlaze will be joined by two utility experts from parent company Harris Utilities, where we will discuss how our clients have experienced success through customer portal analytics and data retrieved from the portal itself.
The workshop will also see SilverBlaze conduct a quick 20-minute demo of its Utility Customer Portal for those in attendance.

Tampa Convention Center (TCC) has introduced a number of health and safety protocols in response to the pandemic, including frequent sanitization and disinfection of all restrooms; continuous cleaning of all touch points; health screening for all TCC employees and contractors; and overnight electrostatic cleaning of areas used for meetings.
